Jason Ellenburg is a veteran strategist with more than a decade of local, statewide and federal campaign experience. He provides Central Strategies’ clients with campaign management, field and communications knowledge and counsel.
Prior to joining Central Strategies, Jason managed campaign activities for Michigan Congressman John Dingell’s successful 2010 re-election. In this role he oversaw the campaign’s $1.5 million budget, as well as its significant GOTV operation and new media presence. In 2008, Jason managed Senator Carl Levin’s successful re-election campaign, leading the finance, compliance, field and communications team.
Jason has also worked for several Michigan state legislators and managed campaign activities. In addition, he has directed field operations for the Michigan Democratic Party, the Oakland County Democratic party as well as for several statewide PACs.
Majoring in philosophy and journalism, Jason graduated with a B.S. from Central Michigan University. He worked as a staff writer for the National Journal in Washington, D.C. soon after graduation.
